Glomex RA1225FME VHF Fast Fitting Glomeasy Antenna 6dB with Stainless Steel Ferrule

RA1225FME is the new 2.40 m (8’) collinear VHF antenna with FME termination, designed to assure excellent performance in terms of quality, operation and design. It has a special stainless steel ferrule for a very easy installation. Compared to the traditional antennas, whilst similar in shape, this antenna deeply differentiates itself due to two very important aspects:

• it has the FME termination for a very quick and more comfortable installation. Thanks to the FME termination, you will use the Glomex FME coaxial cables (code RA350), in different lengths, with a pre-installed professional, high quality and rugged FME connector that can be fitted on the antenna in a few seconds without soldering or cutting the cable;

• the inside finish and the rod features. Made of spiral copper wires inserted in brass tubes, this antenna assures long-range communication and the best radio performance. The tube is made of fibreglass with a polished polyurethane finish and resistant to UV-rays and is reinforced by a double-layer (1,2 mm/0,05’.) Moreover, RA1225FME is a vertical polarization antenna minimizing the effect of reflection on flat surfaces, always ensuring the best possible performance. For its installation, RA1225FME needs a mount with a cable slot: RA107SSFME.
